2 Quality Coordinators to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in leading the delivery of a high value construction project in Finland or Norway.
You can either be full time in Finland/Norway or based in country for 11 days and then return to the UK for 3 days, all expenses paid.

1. Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures.

2. Conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.

3. Providing guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters.

4. Collaborating with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to address quality issues and resolve conflicts.

5. Monitoring construction processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

6. Reviewing project documentation and maintaining quality records.

7. Leading quality training sessions for project staff.

8. Managing quality-related documentation and reporting.

9. Participating in project meetings and providing input on quality-related topics.
