CMM Programmer/ Quality Inspector

Due to continued business growth the company is looking to recruit a skilled CMM Programmer/ Quality Inspector. You will be offered the opportunity to work within a fully equipped workplace which continues to invest in the latest CNC technology.

The job:

•             First off and batch inspection

•             Produce CMM programs (ideally using Mitutoyo MCOSMOS software) to be used for in process and final inspection

•             Final inspection

•             Compile FAIR, PPAP and batch inspection dimensional measurement data

•             Calibration of measurement equipment

•             Support Engineers and Operators with quality issues

•             Isolate and detail non-conforming parts

About you:

•             Ideally, 3 to 5 years’ experience programming (preferably Zeiss CMM)

•             Experience within a CNC machining environment

•             A good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and standards

•             The ability to communicate and work well with others

Hours of work Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30 Fri 7.30 to 12.30pm plus excellent benefits including attendance bonus and profit related bonus and 32 days a year holidays.
