Job title: Critical Electrical Engineer
Location: Static Site located in Hemel Hempstead
Terms: Permanent contract, Monday-Friday, 8-5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying £45,000 depending on qualifications and experience
Requirements: Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below -
* NVQ Electrical/Mechanical Level 3
* City & Guilds level 3 Mechanical/Electrical
* 18th Edition
* JIB Gold Card - Desired
* AM1 OR AM2
* HVAP - Desired

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Engineer to be based on a High-End Critical site in Hemel Hempstead. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard.
Responsibilities: * You will be part of a team on a High-End Critical site in the heart of Hemel Hempstead. You will be working in a critical environment so experience on UPS Systems & Generators is key.
* You will be responsible for all the engineer's output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, UPS generators, Boilers & Chillers, Lighting, PAT testing, FCUs, AHUs.
Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as a mechanical/electrical engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry
* Strong building services background
* At least three years' experience in FM industry
