Introduction:

An exceptional opportunity is now available with one of the UK’s leading AJ100 studios for an experienced Architect or Senior Architect to join them in their offices right in the heart of Manchester. This is an amazing chance for an Architect to join a market leading studio who are working on some of the latest and largest Heritage and Conservation projects across the UK. You will be joining a well-established team, working on some of the most prestigious projects in the Heritage sector. Package:

£40,000 - £55,000 (commensurate with experience)

Duties:

  • Lead architectural projects in the North West region, focusing on conservation and heritage initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Navigate UK Building and Planning regulations adeptly, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, utilizing resources efficiently to achieve project milestones.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance, particularly in areas related to heritage and conservation.
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the project team, leveraging tools like Revit for enhanced project delivery.
 

Requirements:

  • Must be a Masters Qualified and ARB registered Architect
  • A significant background in architecture with strong experience in a UK-based practice.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conservation and heritage projects, showcasing a deep understanding of preservation principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and client interaction.
  • Track record of successfully managing projects through all stages of development
  • Fully proficient user of Revit
  • Experience with large new build projects and a commitment to upholding heritage values in architectural design.
