Due to winning new projects and clients, Belcan are looking for Systems Engineers with Hybrid working. The Systems Engineers should have a strong technical background in the management of System requirements through to compliance. They will help assist in delivering solutions to customers and provide detailed technical guidance and the execution of requirement management plans and associated strategies. They will have a passion to help drive forward innovative ideas and follow them through to implementation, whilst continually maintaining quality and service requirements.

The Systems Engineers will be involved in strategies for new products and systems for Safety Critical Systems. This will include some quality, safety and requirements management including design/Validation & Verification, complex real time safety related/critical systems.

Integration activities for Systems Design as well as producing documentation such as Test Reports, System Requirements Documentation (SRD), Interface Control Documentation (ICD), Engineering Design Requirements (EDR) and Test Requirements.

Ideally the successful Systems Engineers will be degree qualified with previous experience with Systems Engineering. Experience in the Aerospace, Automotive or Rail Rolling Stock industries would be an advantage.

Successful applicants must meet eligibility requirements to obtain UK Security Clearance
