We are looking for a Senior Process Safety Specialist with experience in gases, chemical or oil & gas processing based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire to join a global leader in the Industrial Gases Industry. My client is a truly global established business with an excess of 60,000 employees. They are seeking a Senior Process Safety Specialist to lead their growing process safety department.

The Senior Process Safety Specialist will be in a team of Process Safety Specialists based in the UK. These Engineers are regularly carrying out process safety competence assessments on top tier COMAH sites, applying risk management tools/ techniques (HAZID, PHR, HAZOP, QRA, LOPA, FTA, etc.) and then preparing the relevant Safety Case reports.

The requirements for the Senior Process Safety Specialist are:

> Degree qualified, preferably in Chemical or Process Engineering or equivalent eg. Chartered Engineer / IChemE

> Experience in - but not limited to- COMAH studies, quantified risk assessment techniques, human factors, process safety, among others.
