Role: Maintenance & Electrical Engineer
Salary: Circa 35K DOE
Location: Whitstable
Hours: 40 hrs Mon-Fri

We are pleased to be working with our client who is one of the UKs leading independent compounder and distributor of polymers who are looking for an M&E Engineer to join their team based in Whitstable.

Role: (not limited too)

• Responsible for maintenance of all equipment/machinery on site
• Responsible for Health & Safety within the team
• Dealing effectively with problems that arise to minimise downtime ensuring costs are kept in budget
• Review & maintain stock ensuring regular checks are carried out and replacements ordered
• Establishing development plans for staff/team members

Qualifications:

• Previous practical engineering experience including the management of a team.
• Edition 18 certification
• NEBOSHH qualification
• Qualified in relevant engineering discipline: - minimum Level 4 City & Guilds : LGCI, SVQ/NVQ Level 4
