I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer opportunity, where you will be given the opportunity to join a well established and award winning building services company. Here you will provide PPM and reactive maintenance to a fantastic Trophy Asset in Central London, whilst working with a team of experienced engineers.

Duties

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency Lighting
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Fire Alarms
• AHUs/ FCUs
• Generators
• BMS Operation
• UPS Systems
• Motors

Requirements

• Recognised Electrical qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum)
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable

Salary and Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 8-5 working week
• £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday
