I am seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead an engineering department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, managing a team of multi skilled engineer, controlling budgets, and nurturing the development of our engineering teams in the food and drink industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee engineering department in engineering manager absence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Foster the professional growth and development of engineering teams.
- Implement and enhance engineering processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HNC Engineering Qualification
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in the food and drink industry.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Budget management experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
