As the Site Engineering Supervisor, you'll oversee and execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across two of our client's corporate buildings.

Job Description

Acting as a working supervisor, you'll ensure the delivery of mechanical and electrical (M&E) as well as fabric PPM and reactive tasks, coordinating subcontractors, internal service partners, and self-delivery to meet contractual obligations.

Your responsibilities as Site Engineering Supervisor will extend to providing first-line management and supervision to ensure the effective delivery of these services.

This role welcomes candidates from various disciplines, whether electrical, mechanical, or others, who possess the necessary skills and experience to excel in the position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for all M&E & Fabric related tasks & activities for sites of responsibility
  • Highlight any facilities-related issues to line management and/or Helpdesk and ensure resolution is delivered
  • Responsible for all PPM, proactive and reactive works (for given area) issued through the Helpdesk within set time frames so that service levels are being met or exceeded.
  • Ensure any & all required corrective actions are completed in a timely manner and required systems maintained
  • Responsible for all types of building service maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and related tasks
  • Manage & supervise H&S of subcontractors, reviewing & approving RAMS, issue of permits, monitoring works, etc
  • Ensure SOP’s/EOP’s are reviewed regularly and kept up to date as required
  • Analyse PPM and compliance data to identify any issues, misalignments, and take initiative to address and correct any errors

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Delivery & supervision of M&E & Fabric maintenance tasks within FM
  • Local subcontractor management & supervision
  • Excellent H&S standards & having held or welling to gain Authorised Person status for Electrical & Mechanical &/or Confined Spaces
  • Hold a relevant mechanical or electrical competency for FM maintenance
  • Self-starting, proactive & able to work independently with limited support
  • An open & honest communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Takes responsibility & ownership of their deliverables & a desire to provide continuous improvement
