What will you be doing?
• You will be delivering in house training sessions,
• Designing exciting content to support their learning and development,
• Managing training programmes and developing employees' skills and knowledge,
• Managing relationships with external vendors and consultant trainers.

Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a leading system integrator based in Telford.

What you'll need:
• An Electrical Engineering degree,
• Experience working in the same industry,
• A couple of years of experience in mentoring or coaching,
• Confident in training junior engineers.
