Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor.
Location: Dartford, Kent.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + Benefits
We are working with an industry leading Water Hygiene / Legionella management company who provide the full range of services across the South East of England. They are now in the market for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team. You will be covering Commercial and Domestic sites, carrying out risk assessments in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. This role would suit a candidate looking to join a rapidly growing company, who can offer opportunities for career progression, excellent overtime rates and company pension scheme.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Gravesend, Chatham, Gillingham, Canterbury, Ashford, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Royal Tonbridge Wells, Croydon, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Haslemere, Horsham, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Brentwood, Cheshunt, Maldon, Chelmsford, Braintree, Saffron Walden, London.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding an industry recognised qualification is essential e.g., City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Working to timeframes that have been agreed with clients.
" Up to date knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Will be IT literate.
The Role:
" Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems,
" Providing clients with detailed reports based on risk assessment findings.
" Producing legionella management plans for clients and ensuring that measures are implemented.
" Carrying out work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Working from and producing site specific schematic drawings.
