Position: Static Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Lewisham
Duration: Permanent
Salary: from £42,000 to £44,000 (no shift work)
We are looking for an Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer to cover a large hospital site in Lewisham.
This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of splits, ahu's, vrv's, vrf's and water chillers as well as some general building services M&E maintenance.
The right person for this position will already have a strong background in air conditioning maintenance, they will also need to have some experience in general building services maintenance. It would be an advantage if this person had some experience working on Chillers.
This is a static Monday to Friday position, with no shift work and no on call.
Requirements
- Strong background within air conditioning services and maintenance
- Able to maintain splits, vrv's and vrf's
- Strong plant room knowledge
- Experience with BMS controls would be an advantage.
- Must have building services maintenance experience.
- Fgas is essential.
- based in a commutable distance to Lewisham
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- Monday to Friday position

- Some out of hours overtime available
