Simple Recruitment are looking for an experienced Hydraulic and Pneumatic Engineering Technician for a permanent opportunity with our client in Radstock.
What will you be doing?
Our client designs, manufactures and supplies engineering equipment across a range of sectors and industries. As Hydraulics and Pneumatics Engineering Technician, you will be part of a team assembling a range of products and components. Responsibilities may include:
- Reading CAD drawings and schematics.
- Assembling hydraulic and pneumatic components, in line with specifications and requirements.
- Carrying out testing of equipment and components.
- Maintaining good housekeeping of the workshop and work areas.
- Communicating and working as part of a team.

Who are we looking for?
You will have previous experience in a similar role, and will have a strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, such as presses, pumps, valves and controls. With confident technical skills and a ‘can do’ approach, you will be able to work well as part of a dedicated team and share in our client’s commitment to high standards.
The Salary:
Up to £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
The Hours:
8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday.
8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday.
While most duties will be carried out on site, occasional site visits may be required.
