What You'll Do:

• Collaborate within a dynamic team environment

• Develop a deep understanding of High Voltage Power Systems
• Contribute to the enhancement of our Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental assurance system
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency
• Uphold industry standards and guidelines for superior project delivery

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to ensure seamless project continuity
• Produce primary plant layouts and designs using AutoCAD
• Create site layouts, elevations, earthing layouts, cable routing, and more
• Collaborate with other disciplines to meet project requirements
• Ensure compliance with standards and protocols
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors, addressing technical queries and raising purchase orders
• Attend site visits and client meetings as needed
• Maintain quality and completeness of all designs and drawing information
• Coordinate with the Civil and Structures team to meet design requirements

What You'll Need:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• 10+ years of experience in the EHV Industry
• Strong numeracy and IT skills
• Exceptional communication abilities
• A full clean driving license
• Project management experience
• HV/EHV expertise
• Familiarity with IDNO's, DNO's, and/or ICP's
• Knowledge of BSEN, IEC, IEEE & CENELEC Standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Additional electrical qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering
• Ability to create a design delivery program
• Chartered Engineer (CEng)

Location. Bristol, or hybrid depending upon experience.
