Jenrick Engineering are currently recruiting for an Electrician on behalf of a leading electrical engineering company based in Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is apprentice trained and looking to progress their career into more of an industrial and manufacturing setting, where training will be provided to install and commission robotics and automation. Offering a salary of c£35K, working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)

As a Qualified Electrician, the role will involve:

• Reading electrical wiring diagrams
• Working both workshop based as well as on customer sites (Automotive, plastics and Food manufacturing business)
• Supporting customers with electrical fault finding and maintaining equipment
• Cable Containment
• Custom work for customers carried out in the workshop prior to installation on site
• Installation of Robots - full training will be provided

As an Electrician you will have the following experience

• Apprentice trained is essential
• Valid Gold Card
• Full UK Driving License - van is provided
• Ability to work away from home for short periods of time - all costs are covered by the business
