As the Programme Lead, you'll spearhead strategic change and integration programs, prioritising seamless mobilisation and future service delivery.

Job Description

As the Programme Lead with our client, your role involves managing stakeholders across Senior management and other Programme Workstream Leads.

Working closely with the London Key Account Director, General Manager, and service line operational leads, you'll ensure effective collaboration and alignment of objectives.

Additionally, you'll represent our client in key stakeholder meetings, meticulously managing operational, commercial, and reputational risks to ensure they are appropriately mitigated.

Your leadership will be essential in driving successful outcomes and fostering strong relationships with all involved parties.

Note: With proven experience in Facilities Management, as Programme Lead you will coordinate and conduct the orchestra. You will represent us at meetings with the Client, Principal Contractor and Managing Agent. So, any experience in Construction (M&E, Built Environment etc) would also be of advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational input to the design stages to ensure there is suitable operational consideration in the design of future spaces
  • Provide input to the planning and scheduling of the overarching Programme, e.g. conducting impact assessments for managing changes to the Programme timelines, ensuring key dependencies and challenges are identified
  • Implementation of the client governance framework
  • Planning, creation and delivery of mobilisation plans by providing oversight and leadership for the timely roll out of service delivery and experiences in new spaces
  • Mentor and guide workstreams and service lines to ensure services are set up in a co-ordinated approach. Moving away from a service-by-service mobilisation
  • Manage commercial activities to obtain approval for new and enhanced service requirements

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Proven Programme/Project Management experience in the Facilities Management industry
  • Good level of communication & networking skills
  • Ability to influence, manage expectations and provide reassurance to key stakeholders
  • Experience in mobilisation/transformation role for a high-profile client
  • Customer driven
  • Works well collaboratively in a team
  • Competent in using suite of MS applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Projects.
