Assembly Technician

A market-leading engineering organisation are looking to hire an Assembly technician to join their team. (Minimum 16 week contract with possible extension)
The focus will be able to carry out detailed assembly work on products for a highly regulated industry -
- Working to required standards at all times.
- Ensuring work is completed in accordance with Shop Order instructions.
- Packing / Handling completed assemblies.
- Ensure all plant machinery; hand tools and work area are kept clean and in good order.
To be considered for this position, you must have strong experience in a similar assembly / fitter type role. Ideally for a regulated industry such as Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Marine or something similar. A formal engineering / production qualification would be highly advantageous but not essential.
**Rate quoted is an umbrella rate**
