The opportunity

Due to the ongoing growth of our team in the UK, we are looking for experienced recruitment professionals who are looking to be apart of an exciting journey, bringing a new brand into the UK construction market.

With this being a senior role we are ideally looking for an individual that has demonstrated successful agency recruitment experience with knowledge of the infrastructure, construction or engineering industries. We offer structured fast career progression to management with profit share.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Play an active role in account management and business development
• Manage recruitment process from start to finish with both Clients and Candidates
• Develop knowledge of the market to enable you to generate business
• Use various strategies to successfully attract candidates
• Qualify candidate suitability and client commitment for current or future vacancies, following best practices.
