Our client is an established Facilities Management Service Provider that has a fantastic portfolio of clients across the UK. It is currently looking for a Hard FM Manager to join a healthcare contract (PFI) in Essex.
As the Hard FM Manager, you will be responsible for a team of maintenance engineers, fabric engineers, and Supervisors. You must have excellent people management and communication skills and be able to successfully lead a team to ensure the smooth running of the hospital’s maintenance.
The successful Hard FM Manager must have an engineering background and be qualified either electrically or mechanically. You will also have experience of working in the healthcare environment and understand FM delivery and the PFI model.
Our client is offering:
- £52,000 - £55,000
- 25 days holiday plus BH
