HVAC Contract Manager required for a specialist Air Conditioning & FM Service Provider.
Our client specialises in the installation, maintenance & service of Air Conditioning and refrigeration units throughout the South. Our client is seeking an HVAC Contracts Manager to join their team.
The HVAC Contracts Manager will be required to manage and deliver projects within Commercial & Residential properties across the South East. It is expected that the suitable candidate will hold a full Driving Licence & will ideally have some Project/Sales management experience however, Senior Engineers who are looking for progression will be considered for this position.
HVAC Contracts Manager Position Requirements
• Live in the South East
• Strong Air Conditioning knowledge/experience
• 5 years' previous experience within the HVAC industry
• Full UK Licence
HVAC Contracts Manager Position Remuneration
• Basic salary £43,000-£65,000 DOE
• Commission structure up to £11k per annum
• Company van provided; company car provided after successful probationary period
• Further package details to be discussed
