Are you a dynamic leader ready to drive innovation in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering projects? We're on the lookout for a talented Mechanical Project Manager to lead our team in overseeing Large Scale New Build Apartment projects.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations and team for smooth project execution.
  • Review project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate equipment submissions and oversee mechanical installations.
  • Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Facilitate quality assurance procedures and review commissioning.
  • Coordinate project handovers and maintain communication
  • Handle site procurement and collaborate with Quantity Surveyors.
  • Participate in technical meetings and forecast labour requirements.

Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:

  • Experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role.
  • CSCS Card
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Preferred qualifications: SMSTS, Fire Marshall, and First Aid.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
