Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality control and a commitment to safety? Look no further! We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operator to join our dynamic team.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Thorough understanding and competence in the quality control of MF equipment and ancillary equipment, ensuring adherence to stringent standards.
  • Receiving and managing chemical deliveries with utmost care and attention to safety protocols.
  • Active involvement in our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Framework, contributing to a safe and sustainable work environment.
  • Management of EHS compliance calendar tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulations.
  • Diligent completion of online training and participation in external training programs, fostering continuous professional development.
  • Accurate input of ATS and Concern reporting on a monthly basis, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Proactive participation in department housekeeping, maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Forklift, combi lift, shunter truck, and electric pallet truck driving experience (certifications preferred)
  • Fire Marshal certification, including conducting monthly fire inspections
  • First Aid and Mental Health First Aid certifications (preferred)
  • Good standard of general education
