A world-renowned luxury automotive brand that has been crafting iconic, high-performance vehicles for over a century is currently seeking a Battery Systems - Busbars and Connectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-time definition, design and delivery of the busbars and connectors for the HV Battery systems across the different platforms.
 
The Battery Systems - Busbars and Connectors will:
  • Work with both internal and external resources, you will be responsible for the final sign off. Stablishing processes to exchange information between the different customers, managing requirements and validation plans at different levels and stages of the programme.
  • Define best practices as well as identifying the key Standards & Regulations required for the commodity.
  • Identify & contain potential quality concerns using engineering quality systems (FMEAs, Robustness Studies).
  • Define the KPIs and document best practices to be applied across the future in-house developments.
 
The Battery Systems - Busbars and Connectors will have:
  • Experience with CAD (NX, CATIA).
  • Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronic and/or related field.
  • Supplier management and experience using Quality metrics and methods to deliver the commodity.
  • DFMEA delivery experience.
  • Leadership of product development projects from early R&D to series production.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, self-motivated, eager to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision.
