In line with their continuous expansion, our client in Rugby is actively seeking skilled individuals to become part of their team as CNC Millers.

Job Title: CNC Millers

Location: CV22

Working Hours: 7.30 am

Pay Rate: £16.00 - £18.00 (Depends on Experience)

Responsibilities of the CNC Millers:

• As a CNC Miller, your job is to program, set and operate jobs.
• Offline and online programming.
• 4 axes milling.
• Working off own initiative.
• The CNC Millers must have proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of Heidenheim, Fanuc Controls and Mill+, Mastercam.

Requirements of the CNC Millers:

• Technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.
• CNC Miller candidates should have proven 10 years of experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
• The CNC Millers must be able to use precision measuring instruments and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
