We have an excellent opportunity for an experience SALES MANAGER or Engineer to join the team of a successful and establish Dudley based Engineering business supplying Steel Profiles and large precision cut parts to a wide range of technically demanding manufacturing businesses.

Salary is entirely negotiable depending on experience but we tentatively anticipate a basic in the region of £40 to 50k plus benefits package.

As a SALES MANAGER within this business your will undertake the following key activities:

• Balance new business development with account management
• Develop and execute your own sales & marketing strategy
• Identify and pursue potential new customers, business leads and enquiries
• Nurture and build both new and established customer relationships
• Develop and enhance the footprint of the business within the wider market place
• Progress chasing

For your application as a SALES ENGINEER to be successful, you should clearly describe your experience along with the following key skills and attributes:

• A proven track record of selling large precision cut products into engineering & manufacturing
• Knowledge of laser, plasma, flame, gas or similar cutting process

• Financially & commercially astute
• Skilled communicator and strong, opportunistic negotiator
• Self-motivated and structured with a target driven approach
• Some experience of developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Computer literate

For this SALES MANAGER position we are hoping to attract experience Sales Professionals with a track record of selling steel profiles or large precision cut parts or blanks into UK engineering and manufacturing companies.
