Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position.
Start date. April/May 2024
We are looking for an AQS to work freelance inside IR35 in Central Manchester.
The contract is 2/3 years long.
The position is working on a civils within the rail sector project with a high value.
Working with the NEC form of contract your daily duties will include,
- Applications for payments
- Raising orders
- Team & Client meetings
- Bills of Quantity
- Target cost using NEC option C.
8.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
The successful candidate will get £175 - £210 per day with the option to go permanent if both parties are happy with performance.
