Interaction Recruitment are working with a well established company based in Chesterfield who due to expansion are looking for a Machinist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Salary: £24K - £30K

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday days only

Duties and Experience Required:

• Setting and operating Manual Lathes
• Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
• Use of measuring equipment
• Working to tight tolerances
• Use of hand-tools
• Making sure the machine is always at optimal performance by completing maintenance as and when needed
• Inspection of finished products to make sure they are correct to drawing
• Maintaining work areas in a safe, clean and orderly manner including conformance with ISO9001 standards.

Must have previous experience in manual machinery including Milling & Turning machinery
