Client: Established for over 15 years, our client began as a top supplier of air conditioning, they have since expanded into a multi-disciplined company specialising in design and build for mechanical services across commercial and industrial environments; performing air conditioning, ventilation and heating services for commercial and high end residential clients nationwide. Working within Commercial, Hotel, Education and High End Residential sectors they undertake mechanical installs from £50,000 to £1.5M. With a small maintenance team, they also undertake work direct for end users. The business now boasts an annual turnover of circa £15M and is growing organically year on year.
Role: Mechanical Project Manager - £60,000 - £70,000 + Package
The successful candidate will be responsible for various building services projects throughout London from the values of £500K - £2m. Typically the company operates in the office fit out sector.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Programming
- Technical Submittals
- Procurement
- Sub-contractor and Labour Management
- Cost Control
- Progress Reporting
- Health & Safety
- Project & Programme Implementation
- Understanding of design and drawings
- Technical & Progress Meetings
- Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
- Compilation of O&M Manuals
The ideal candidate:
- Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Mechanical services.
- Experience working in the commercial sector
