Working within Commercial, Hotel, Education and High End Residential sectors they undertake mechanical installs from £50,000 to £1.5M. With a small maintenance team, they also undertake work direct for end users. The business now boasts an annual turnover of circa £15M and is growing organically year on year.

Role: Mechanical Project Manager - £60,000 - £70,000 + Package

The successful candidate will be responsible for various building services projects throughout London from the values of £500K - £2m. Typically the company operates in the office fit out sector.

• Programming
• Technical Submittals
• Procurement
• Sub-contractor and Labour Management
• Cost Control
• Progress Reporting
• Health & Safety
• Project & Programme Implementation
• Understanding of design and drawings
• Technical & Progress Meetings
• Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
• Compilation of O&M Manuals

The ideal candidate:

• Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Mechanical services.
• Experience working in the commercial sector
