As a Technical Support Assistant, you will work within Connections Projects EPN directorate based in St Neots, and report to the Lead Design Engineer.

Your main role will be to provide technical support to the Design Team and customer, and to produce quotes and estimates for customers requesting connection to UKPN's Electricity network. You will also help with the processing of more complex projects, review costs and budgets, and ensure that the team works within the regulatory framework and delivers excellent customer service.

To be eligible for this role, you need to have a City & Guilds 232 in Electrical Engineering or willing to undertake/be working towards this qualification, and have some understanding of the electricity networks and systems. You also need to be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and improve.
