Estimator Key Accountabilities:
- All Pre Construction Activities
- Take Offs
- Production of competitive tenders
- Subcontract Procurement
Estimator Responsibilities:
- All Estimating activities
- Take Offs
- Construction Plans
- Production of competitive tenders
- Subcontract Procurement
- Send out Enquiries
- Design Meetings
- Work with Subcontractors
- Assist all pre construction activities
Estimator Requirements:
- Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/Degree or equivalent)
- Experienced in civil engineering, utilities, roads, highways, infrastructure etc.
- Excellent communication and people skills
