Maintenance Plumber

Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000  

Hours: 8am-5pm | Mon-Fri

Location: Southwark, SE1 8NJ

We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to maintain a cluster of commercial offices for Transport for London.

We provide a planned, preventative and responsive repairs service to ensure our clients’ facilities are maintained to an excellent standard. You would be responsible for undertaking plumbing and building maintenance works including reactive and PPM across a commercial office portfolio.

Works could include leak detection/repair, unblocking toilets/sinks, replacement pipework, water temperature checks, replacement water boilers, flushing, servicing and/or replacement of thermostatic mixer valves, water sampling and much more. As a multi-skilled maintenance team you will also pick up other general fabric repairs as required.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working in office environments or similar
• Proven commercial plumbing experience
• Strong maintenance and faulting finding experience
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Studies
• G3 - Unvented Hot Water Systems certification – would be useful
• Full – UK Driver’s License (no more than 6 points)
