About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aerospace team, as a Recruitment Consultant. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join us on our infamous Aerospace team. This role would ideally suit someone who has some basic recruitment experience looking for their next challenge in recruitment.

This is a fast-paced role driving excellent delivery for our prestigious and established clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Obtain full requisition details and person specifications from clients to facilitate an accurate matching selection.
2. Register and screen candidates to facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements in line with company standards.
3. Arrange interviews, negotiate offers, assist with onboarding and security clearance, and prepare contracts.
4. Ensure that all contractors comply with client and statutory requirements.
5. Resolve any queries regarding pay, absences or any other factors which may affect performance.
6. To maintain an accurate database by regularly updating candidate and client profiles.
7. Comply with all data protection guidelines in line with company policies.

Essential Skills

- Experience in recruitment min 18months
- Previous experience working on contract roles
- Confident on the phone
- Experience working on contract roles
