Two Global Leading FM companies have merged, creating a National FM provider of Hard Service Maintenance specialising in MOD and Government Contracts.
Having filled over 60 vacancies across numerous contracts in 2023 - HVAC FM have fantastic knowledge of the internal progression opportunities, and additional training available expensed by the client.
Having multiple contracts with 5+ years remaining, this role offers excellent job security and real employment longevity, coupled with a fantastic benefits package.
Essential Skills (Not a requirement):
- HNC, or equivalent, level qualification in a Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Construction and Refurb Experience needed
- Continuing Professional Development
- Project Management APM / Prince / PMQ or equivalent
- Technical training to maintain and develop technical competence
- SMSTS or equivalent qualification
- Good awareness and understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Full Driving License
