Are you ready to take the lead in a prestigious construction project? We're seeking a talented Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the development of a large-scale apartment complex in Wembley.

Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and safety protocols on-site.
• Conduct quality inspections to uphold project standards.
• Direct subcontractors and staff, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate material requisitions and inventory control.
• Monitor project progress and schedule compliance.
• Collaborate with management on variations and instructions.
• Maintain quality and environmental control procedures.
• Issue permits to work and conduct risk assessments.
• Manage weekly timesheet bookings for staff.

Mechanical Supervisor Required Skills:

• CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS certifications.
• Strong managerial skills in large-scale residential projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction apps.
• Experience with Tier 1 and 2 contractors.
• Effective communication and time management.

Additional Details:

• Full-time position on-site in Wembley.
• Pay range: £280.00-£290.00 per day.
• Monday to Friday.

Mechanical Supervisor Experience and Certification Requirements:

• 3 years' site supervision experience.
• Valid SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS certifications.
• First Aid and PASMA certifications preferred.
• Mechanical qualification required.
