• One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

Your new role

• Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week, across a commercial office building, based in Sheffield. 
• You will be overseeing 2 multi-skilled engineers, managing subcontractors, issuing permits to work, risk assessments, managing logbooks, monitoring and driving team performance, dealing with any queries or issues from your direct report and managing holiday, cover etc. 
• Engaging with the client regularly, providing updates and advising them.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, you will be working with a range of M&E appliances across the site including emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, filter changes on AHU’s, basic plumbing and other general maintenance repairs and checks.

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will hold electrical or mechanical qualifications, with experience working in building services. 
• Experience in a lead engineer role or somebody looking to take a step up into a lead role.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
