Quantity Surveyor. 2-3 years’ experience. Proficient with Excel, Blue Beam, Microsoft Office & IT. Role Involves Take Off’s on Ground Works, RC Frames, Steel Frames & Shell & Core Packages. Monthly Valuations. Producing BOQ’s and sending out Enquiries. You need good oral and written communication skills in English. £60,000 - £65,000 or CIS / self-employed. May suit a Civil Engineer who is looking for a more QS orientated role. Office based with site visits. Must have experience in reading and working with UK construction drawings.

The Company. A consultancy who are overseeing / managing multiple contracts in the high spec new build and cut & carve sectors, involving Shell and Core aspects. Package values range from £0.5m to £6m. Sites are mainly in London, with some in the surrounding counties. Excellent potential to grow with a company who have very experienced management to assist you.

  • Office based in Uxbridge, working within a team of 4-5.
  • Salary £60,000 - £65,000 or CIS / self-employed.
  • Some site visits involved, most projects in London.  Travel expenses paid for site visits.
  • Working hours 0900-1700.
  • Immediate full-time requirement.
  • Willing to look at a candidate that’s training (going to college a day a week, pro rata).

Quantity Surveyor, Intermediate level. Degree qualified or with practical experience.
