I am currently working with a company in Great Dunmow who require an additional Mechanical Assembler to carry out high quality resin work.
The role:
In this role you will be responsible for carrying out the manufacture of various items by:
- Weighing and mixing polyurethane and epoxy resin, hardener and fillers
- Cleaning and preparing metal moulds
- Assembly
- Using of vacuum systems to fill moulds with resin
- Sand blasting and polishing
- Packing finished items
- Carrying out inspection
The Mechanical Assembler we are looking for will have:
- Previous experience in a mechanical assembly environment
- Good eyesight
- Good manual dexterity
- Able to lift heavy items
- Desire to learn
- Flexibility
The company are offering:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 with an early finish on a Friday
