Role: Workshop Manager

Location: Thurrock, Essex

Job Type: Permanent, full time role

Salary: Circa 55k+ plus car allowance dependent on skills and experience

Do you have experience of managing a Commercial Vehicle Workshop? Would you like to play a part in keeping the UK's biggest brands on the road? Do you have strong management skills able to motivate and lead a team to deliver targets?

As a Workshop Manager you will be responsible for a team of 2 workshop controllers supervisors technicians and administrative support staff ensuring a great safe place to work. You will be responsible for delivery an great customer service whilst maintaining a safe, legal and profitable operation of the company workshop meeting revenue and profitability targets.

Do you have? 

• Experience of workshop management.
• Experience working with or for vehicle manufacturers.
• Customer service driven experience
• H&S fundamentals in workshops
• Transport compliance legislation.
• Analytical, problem solver and results driven.
• Level 3 NVQ Qualified Automotive, Service and Repair (or equivalent) preferred.
• Ability to travel to other sites as needed.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
