Job Title: Product Support Technician
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Salary: Up to £38,000 p/a DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours paid per week)
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Our client based just outside of Newmarket, Suffolk is looking for a Product Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Product Support Technician you will be responsible for:
- Developing support material
- Giving phone support by diagnosing and fixing issues
- Supporting local, national, and international exhibitions
- Working with the aftersales team to resolve issues
- Communicating with other departments to feedback product information.
An ideal candidate for the Product Support Technician role will have:
- Experience in an engineering background
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Agricultural experience
- Ability to build and manage customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Ideally you will have experience within a similar position. Interviews will take place just outside of Newmarket, Suffolk, following a short registration by Saffron Vantage.
