Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will be responsible for new business development across the UK, this role will primarily be focusing on the Automotive industry.
Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will be selling electrical connection solutions into the automotive market, the focal point being E-Mobility to Tier 1 and OEM’s.
This role is covering nationally, however most of the work is based in the Midlands.
Package
Up to £55,000 DOE
Earn up to 20% in bonus
12% Pension contribution
Company car
Hybrid working with occasional visits to their offices
Role
- New business development and account managementwith the automotive manufacturers, Electric Vehicle Supple Equipment manufacturers to value sell electrification products
- Increase turnover, managing and developing an existing client base and also be able to bring on new profitable clients.
- Interpreting customer requirements
- Identifying and acquiring new market potential
- Handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations, sales and completion contracts.
- Lead the full sales process.
- Preparing weekly calls and visit reports to new and existing customers.
- Lead sales strategies, such as marketing in the area.
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager
- Must have experience selling to Tier 1 and OEM’s
- Previous to have experience selling directly in automotive industry
- Ideally will have a HND / HNC in Engineering or relevant experience
- Full UK Driving License
- Willingness to travel the UK, mainly targeting the Midlands.
