I have a fantastic opportunity for a maintenance engineer to join a well-known company based near Telford. As a maintenance engineer you will assist in the planned and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment.
My client is looking for a maintenance engineer to join their day shift team. The right person will be a multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical abilities. As well as a good salary and benefits package my client offers career development opportunities for those who seek it.
Maintenance Engineer Role Benefits:
- Salary £40,086
- Pension Scheme.
- 25 days holiday + BH

- Lunchtime finish Friday.
Maintenance Engineer Duties include:
- Day shift.
- Planned maintenance activities.
- Respond to breakdowns.
- Fault finding.
- Update CMMS.
- Support with installations.
- Actively contribute to company continuous improvement activities.
As a Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
- Recognised electrical qualifications. (NVQ Level 3 or HNC Electrical).
- 18th edition.
- PLC and Robotic knowledge.
- Understanding of continuous improvement techniques (Kaizen, 5S).
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of health and safety.
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience.
- Manufacturing experience.
