We are looking for an experienced apprentice trained Production Engineer to join a busy machine shop based in Church Crookham. They require a problem-solving machinist with milling and turning knowledge to assist the team and strive for continuous improvement.
Duties
Problem solving
Continuous improvement
Programming jobs from drawings & Cad models
Assisting with fixture concept design & Manufacture
Specification and ordering of tooling
Proving out new programs on machine tools
Assisting Production when required
Experience
CNC Milling - Horizontal & Vertical
Manual Milling
Turning - Manual
Use of Measuring equipment
In-depth Fanuc Programming Knowledge
Fanuc Macro B programming Knowledge
Renishaw Probing Knowledge
CAM Programming Experience
CAD Knowledge (Training can be given)
Supervisory Experience (Desirable)
Use of PCs - Spreadsheets, emails, etc essential
