Resourcing Group have an exciting opportunity to join one of the global leaders in technical integrated building facility management services, offering a full range of facility and real estate management services

Responsible for 11 central London iconic, corporate buildings

The role itself has a strong focus on supporting the contract dedicated Engineering Maintenance team to ensure that our client assets entrusted to us are maintained and operated as efficiently as possible. The main responsibilities of this role include:

Building Performance Improvement

• Perform deep dive audits on the existing HVAC and Electrical Systems and identify opportunities / design gaps for optimization through actionable recommendations.
• Responsible for the tactical delivery of BMS optimization recommendations.

Energy monitoring

• Monitor energy in line with NABERS principles, under the governance of the companies NABERS assessors.
• Manage energy related queries and investigate on site, including BMS interventions in conjunction with the Engineering Team

Engagement and governance

• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as the gate keeper for maintaining buildings design operations (DESOPS) and provide appropriate change control process, identify, and remediate any deviations from the building's DESOPS.
• Supporting the implementation of client energy/carbon efficiency recommendations

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as an Energy Manager in the Building Services field.
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, engineering controls expertise, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and excellent communication skills.

• Experience of BMS/ automated controls related to Trend IQ Vision 4 and View 8, Tridium Niagra
• Familiarity with administration and management of modern database and information system technologies.
• Experienced with Energy Monitoring Software including eSight analytic platform.
• Good understanding on the energy management system and principles of Net Zero Carbon strategy
• To be adept at fault finding on building services plant equipment and systems.
• Understanding of BREEAM, EPC, NABERS, TM44, LEED or WELL and preferable accreditation in at least one of these
• To be adept at fault finding on building services plant equipment and systems.
