Trainee CNC Machinist | East Sussex; TN31 6DY | Full Time | Up to £25,000 depending on age and experience
Our client has over 30 years of experience in the design, development and manufacturing of Automated Production Machines and associated components
The suitable candidate would be a person who is looking to learn new skills or improve on base-level skills concerning machine shop engineering and or mechanical engineering.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Be able to travel to the factory which is situated some 5 miles from any major town or station
- Be prepared to undertake day or block release to a local college
- Have a reasonable grasp of the English language and basic mathematics
- Computer literacy skills
- Physically fit
- Background knowledge of CAD would be advantageous
- Possess a positive work ethic
What will your role look like?
- All work is bespoke and hands-on, you will be part of a small team working directly with designers to manufacture and fit up machinery for a range of industries
