Senior Projects Manager - London/Southeast
Responsible for the commercial performance and delivery of projects for this £10m turnover systems integrator with projects primarily in London and the Southeast with occasional EMEA projects. Take on full P&L responsibility for planning, progress and completion on time and budget.
Candidates will demonstrate a successful track record in the management and direction of (ideally) integrated electronic security or smart buildings projects in a construction environment (JCT/NEC contracts) handling VO's, change notices, extensions of time, stage applications and final accounts.
