Job Description We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Oxfordshire. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure product feasibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, building long-lasting relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical sales within the engineering industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
