Job Overview: As an Electronics Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the production and manufacturing of our state-of-the-art subsea technologies. The successful candidate will contribute to the testing and assembly of electronic components, ensuring the highest quality and reliability in our products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the R&D team to understand and interpret electronic schematics and specifications.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring the efficient assembly of electronic components and sub-assemblies for subsea technology products.
- Conduct quality control checks to guarantee the highest standards of performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic components during the production phase.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and project managers, to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff as needed.
- Implement and maintain best practices for electronics production processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electronics production and manufacturing, preferably within the subsea or marine technology sector.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, PCBs, and assembly processes.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment for electronics testing and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to subsea technologies.
