Duties:

• Ensure that all routine planned maintenance schedules are completed in line with the plan.
• Responding to, coordinating, and resolving breakdown situations
• Carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance to mechanical plant
• Ensure a good standard of health & safety
• Reading, understanding, and implementing control measures

Requirements:

• Recognised Mechanical apprenticeship (HNC level or equivalent)
• Mechanical experience of heavy manufacturing industry
• Fault finding experience on pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of working with PPM systems and carrying out preventative maintenance
• Basic hydraulic, welding and pipefitting skills
