Salary/Rate:
£40,000 - £50,000/annum

Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Permanent work in Hull with a reputable engineering company

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum with additional benefits

Schedule: You'll be working Monday to Friday with the usual core hours of 07:00 -15:00 or 08:00 - 16:00.

Peak season (Mid-June - last week of August) Shift pattern will be, 4 on 2 off, rotating over days and nights, with the hours of 06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00.

Off season (September - June) would see a significant reduction in working hours. This would result in a extremely flexible work schedule during off season. Further details will be discussed at interview.

Requirements:

Qualified to minimum HNC/HND level in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Must have experience as an Electrical maintenance engineer.

Project and maintenance planning experience would be ideal.

Experienced working in a facilities or engineering environment would be essential.

Some mechanical skills alongside electrical skills would be essential

Experienced working with ammonia refrigeration systems would be highly desirable

Able to adapt to a flexible working pattern during peak season (This is essential)

Experience working in a FMCG environment would be beneficial but not essential

Duties:

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns.

Deal with quotations, cost control, labour scheduling and contractor control.

Manage maintenance projects.

Install new machines.

Carry out PPM's.

Fault finding of machinery.

Adhere to health and safety requirements.
